TouchStone For Play, TouchStone For Giving and TouchStone for ever (The Story of Us Trilogy) - Sydney Jamesson

Apologies for my lack of reviews recently. Due to work commitments, technology failures and my holiday, this is the first time I've been able to sit down and review.

So first off I'm going to go with a beauty of a trilogy. Sent to me by Social Butterfly PR (@jennw23 for all you twitter folks)

TouchStone for play

Twenty seven year old English teacher Elizabeth Parker is waiting to be found. Like the secrets of her past, her beauty is hidden, concealed behind modest clothes and a gentle nature.

Into her secluded world enter two powerful men.

Handsome playboy, Ayden Stone is flawless and as skilled in the bedroom as he is in the boardroom. He has a taste for rare and beautiful things, and he wants to taste her: he’ll do anything to make it happen. Uninitiated in the art of seduction, Beth embarks upon a voyage of sexual awakening, allowing Ayden to steer her towards deep and dangerous waters, unaware of their fateful connection.

From a distance, former boxer Dan Rizler, bides his time but never loses sight of the object of his desire: precious Miss Parker. His tormented soul reaches out to her with merciless hands: he must have her.

This is a modern fairy tale full of romantic moments, music and monstrous encounters. Elizabeth Parker is about to be found but will she be bound by her destiny or by her demon …

TouchStone for giving

Elizabeth Parker has been found …

Like a falling star she has come down to earth, landing painfully on the debris of a broken dream. What she thought of as love now seems no more than a wish left unfulfilled. Her future lies in the hands of two powerfully possessive men; each desiring her to the point of insanity.

Flawless media mogul Ayden Stone oversees her voyage of sexual awakening, introducing her to new experiences and a secret world behind locked doors, away from prying eyes. But … is he Prince Charming or merely the great pretender?

With a fighter’s instinct, Dan Rizler continues to box clever; taking his time, waiting for the right moment to strike. He will have his Princess one way or another.

Into this twisted triangle enters Elise Richards; a woman with a past and a passion for revenge: hell hath no fury like Miss. Richards.

This is a modern fairy tale full of romance, secrets and suspense. Elizabeth Parker is about to be caught, held fast by the hand of Fate; but will she be caught out or caught up in an affair of the heart, body and soul?

When nothing else matters … you have to do or die.

TouchStone for ever

WHAT WOULD YOU GIVE TO SAVE THE ONE YOU LOVE...

Ayden Stone and Elizabeth Parker are soul mates. They have played at love, succumbed to the magnetic pull of destiny and forgiven themselves and each other for misadventures in life and love.

Now they must look to the future and forever, bearing the scars of battles they have fought and won, together. To keep a promise one of these fateful lovers must make an agonising choice and dedicate themselves to an impossible task; to embark upon an adventure filled with magical moments and unforgivable acts of personal sacrifice.
But ... with self-sacrifice comes betrayal.

TouchStone for ever is the culmination of an epic love story written in the stars, involving a contemporary princess and her charming Prince; experience blazing passion, the anguish of a breaking heart and every emotion in between as Beth Parker shares her thoughts and feelings about love, life and her desperate wish for her happy ever after.

Sleeping Beauty has been awoken from a great sleep but, sadly, not all fairy-tales have a happy ending … not even when you belong together, for ever and you’re prepared to give …
EVERYTHING !

 Rachel's Review

I was so worried when I first started reading this that I would hate it. Not because I hadn't chosen it but because as I was reading it I was thinking 'whoa whoa whoa! Not so quick!' I was struggling by half way through the first book because I felt rushed. BUT...... after that I settled in to it and boy did I love it. I then went one to read the second two books in quick succession. I still don't like one of the characters but that's my own personal opinion and it doesn't detract from the fact that these books are eloquently written and overall I loved them and I would definitely re-read them in the future.

Mini, teeny-tiny spoiler alert - I cried. A LOT. Like a baby. Not many books make me bawl my eyes out but these books draw you in, keep you there and then spit you out as a complete emotional wreck.

Rachel's Rating

4 Stars! ****
